About The Surveyors 1921 Club
The Surveyors 1921 Club was established to provide talks to our members that are both suitable for Professional Development purposes but also in a friendly and sociable manner.
Subjects reflect the different sides of the profession and in our latest session have included such topics as Renewal Energy and East - West rail.
The club has just celebrated it's centenary.
It is open to members of the surveying profession but also to kindred professions such as Solicitors, Architects and Accountants.
Meetings are held in Bedford, currently at Brewpoint on the northern edge of the town.
There are normally 8 meetings a year from September to April together with an Annual Dinner and a summer outing to a local place of interest.

Sheila is an experienced professional services Chartered Surveyor specialising in commercial property
with particular expertise in landlord and tenant work.
Building on the wealth of experience gained over 25 years as a partner in general practice firms Barford
+ Co and Brown&Co, Sheila set up her own consultancy practice, Ashfield Property Services Ltd in 2022
undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations and related professional services work for
industrial, retail, and office properties in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
Away from the office Sheila is busy with family life and their mixed arable and beef farm in North Bedfordshire which includes a herd of pedigree Lincoln red cattle.
